Service Description

Industrial design is a process of design applied to products that are to be manufactured through techniques of mass production. Its key characteristic is that design is separated from manufacture: the creative act of determining and defining a product's form and features takes place in advance of the physical act of making a product, which consists purely of repeated, often automated, replication. This distinguishes industrial design from craft-based design, where the form of the product is determined by the product's creator at the time of its creation. Industrial design involves the technical measurements, capacities, utility and functionality of a product. A simple WORFLOW: 1 - Brief : We listen to your needs agree on the project inputs. 2 - Ideation (for advanced design only): We produce several concepts, You choose your favorite one to go further. 3 - Detailed Design : Your concept is transformed into a VIABLE PRODUCT, we size every part, we calculate life spans, nothing is left out. 4 - Drawings : We produce technical drawings, ready for manufacturing. (machining, 3D printing, Injection etc) A complete DELIVERY: - Fully Detailed 3D CAD MODEL - Technical Drawings (Industrial design / Line Drawing) OPTIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES (Additional fees required) - FEA, Finite element Analysis - CFD Flow Simulation - Engineering Design Report * Additional fees may apply depending upon the degree of client preparation and the difficulty in developing the concept.
